Can you hold a place before I apply?
Titan Property Management rents properties on a first-come, first-served basis once a completed application and required fees are submitted. To improve your chances of securing a rental, we recommend applying as soon as possible. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Move-in costs vary by property but typically include the first month’s rent and a security deposit prior to occupancy. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a binding lease agreement. Titan Property Management requires all adult occupants to complete an application. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Security deposits are generally refundable provided the property is returned in acceptable condition and lease terms are fulfilled. Deductions may apply for unpaid rent, excessive damage, or cleaning beyond normal wear and tear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if an applicant does not meet income, credit, or rental history standards. All cosigners must meet qualification criteria and sign a legally binding guarantor agreement. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Applications for Titan Property Management properties can be submitted online through our secure application portal. A completed application, application fee, proof of income, and valid identification are required for review. -
How do I pay rent?
Titan Property Management offers secure online rent payments through a tenant portal for convenience and record-keeping. Additional approved payment options like cash, check and money order may be available depending on the property. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
Review your lease agreement and contact Titan Property Management before bringing a pet into the property. Pet approval, deposits, or monthly pet fees may apply based on property guidelines. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
All tenants listed on the lease remain responsible unless a formal lease modification is approved. The remaining occupant may need to requalify or provide an approved replacement applicant. -
My lease expiration is coming, and I want to move out. What should I do?
Most leases require a 60-day written notice from the last day of the month prior to move-out. Please review your lease agreement for the required notice period and submit written notice before the deadline. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance requests?
Titan Property Management coordinates routine maintenance, while damages caused by negligence or misuse may be billed to the tenant. All maintenance requests should be submitted promptly through the tenant portal.
